Naturally Inquisitive

BA’s are engaging, they invite collaboration and teamwork.  They foster an un-judgmental environment that stimulates people to work together.  By nature, they have a natural ability to be the glue that initiates collaboration.  BA’s are inquisitive and ask a lot of questions.   Naturally a BA will be an investigator, uncovering facts.  Diplomacy is the underlying ability that allows valuable information to be harvested.  BA’s seem to have a unique quality to stay strong in the face of conflict.  BA’s seem to have a natural curiosity towards things and having a line of work that introduces a BA to new and interesting things, is what captivates us.  

As a business Analyst, there are chances to uncover solutions, to maximize the value delivered to customers and making positive impacts on enabling a strategy.  While having the curiosity and persistence to dig into details, and keeping audiences engaged in a timely fashion is an interesting challenge, I encourage everyone to engage a BA today!
